The Buddino
To add spirituality to the taste, here is Il Buddino, the Buddha-shaped pudding mold. Each set contains 4 single-dose molds (125ml.) in different colours, pistachio, orange, chocolate and raspberry. The Buddino goes in the fridge, in the freezer, in the dishwasher but not in the oven.
It should be used like a normal pudding mold, wetting it first. To fill it and keep it in the fridge, just place it upside down in a glass. After a couple of hours in the fridge it should be ready (it will depend on the recipe you used) and if it doesn't come out immediately, help it around the edges with a knife.
